With many properties being sold/let off market or before they hit online portals such as Rightmove, most buyers are unaware that properties have been concealed off-market for years. The Buyer Agency has established good relationships with many Estate Agents and utilise these for our clients benefit.
The Buyer Agency enables our clients to gain a huge advantage when it comes to purchasing negotiations. An Estate Agent will objectively look to maximise the benefits to their seller. Comparatively, we work on behalf of our clients, maximising the benefits to our buyer. The aim is to negotiate the best outcome for our client, not their seller.

A Hove girl through and through. Ellie always knew she wanted to make a mark within the property industry. Previously an estate agent, Ellie found herself with a passion for sourcing, styling and helping buyers find their dream home. In previous roles she has worked with high worth properties in a fast paced sales environment which makes her knowledge an asset to The Buyer Agency and the clients she represents.
Being known as someone who likes to “get things done” her desire is solely to make the process simple and above all effective. Reflected in the service she provides, she makes multitasking and managing purchases look effortless. Elevating expectations in service and the commitment to deliver, and in turn, making one of life’s great stresses, anything but.

Growing up locally, Elliott is a well respected property developer in Brighton and Hove. After many years he has grown an extensive list of contacts who are able to offer on and off market properties. His experience designing, developing, buying and selling property means he has a vast knowledge of buying property for the right price and budgeting for refurbishments.
Over the years he has negotiated a number of purchases and sales on behalf of high net worth clients including sportsman and athletes.
Elliott is uncompromising in his dedication to continually deliver every day. A devoted husband and role model to his three children he rarely catches a break. When he isn’t juggling his many commitments you’ll find him in the gym or at a football match, likely with his phone in hand.
